Momma Rabbit's Nibbles and Sips

My daughter wanted me to try one of her favorite restaurants in Lexington which is Momma Rabbits and brought me here for lunch. I am glad she did. We had seasonal mimosa’s to start my mimosa tasted like ale pie and came with a sliced apple that had been lightly dipped in cinnamon and sugar on the rim. I had the Itsy- Bitsy- Teeny-Weeny Avocado-Toasted- Zucchini with grilled chicken it was delicious, the portion was just enough. I will be back to try more dishes on the menu. I also recommend anyone who hasn’t tried this place to try it. The service was great, all the staff were friendly and very welcoming. Thank you for a wonderful afternoon with excellent food.

Immediately upon walking in I felt right at home. Love the decor throughout the restaurant. Staff was friendly and helpful and our server, Janice was very helpful and nice to us. Lots of healthy choices on the menu. I had a sandwich similar to a club but it had the most delicious chow chow on it that I've ever had before .My side was the pasta salad and it was delicious and unique from other pasta salads I've had. My meal was filling and healthy. I could make this a regular lunch spot. Restaurant is clean throughout and bathrooms were clean and stocked. Prices are very reasonable. They also have a variety of dishes for sale that you can put in the refrigerator and make your meal out of it. Small gift area too with some unique gifts. We really enjoyed our visit and are looking forward to our next time dining there. They are open till 3:00 p.m. They also have a wonderful brunch on Saturdays that I look forward to trying in the future. Will, the manager was very nice to meet. He explained some about how he and his siblings came about to start this beautiful restaurant. I love the John Wayne pictures and all the other pictures. Great job folks! My compliments to the chef and the person who made the chow chow and pasta salad. Well done!

Came here for brunch on a Saturday morning. Had to wait a few minutes to be seated, but it wasn’t too long. Very nice atmosphere; decorated nicely. Coffee tasted great, and loved the coffee bar where I could get refills as I wanted. I got the Eggs Benedict and my wife got the German Pancake and bacon. Both were very good. We’ll definitely be back soon to try other items in the menu. Recommended!!

It is VERY rare that I am impressed enough to take the time to PRAISE an establishment, but when it is TRULY DESERVED, I make the time. Today was only one of many visits to Momma Rabbits Nibbles & Snips in Lexington, SC, yet THEY CONSISTENTLY DELIVER EXTREMELY KIND & COURTEOUS (& PROMPT) SERVICE that WXCEEDS EXPECTATIONS. The uniquely & creatively designed interior is nearly magical, transporting patrons into imagined scenes from the childhood story of, "The Secret Garden." The cuisine is quite simply SCRUMPTIOUS! I have tried mang menu selections and not only am I never disappointed, but in fact, find myself impressed and well-satiated. The ambience and the menu are whimsical, delightful, and inviting. The staff exemplify the fruits of the Spirit and are not shy to share their faith, when asked. This has easily become my favorite dining establishment in South Carolina.

I went, for the second time, today with my husband and father. I remembered excellent food, fun devour, and super friendly staff. We were not disappointed! The menu was limited to brunch and everything I saw come out of the kitchen looked top notch. If you haven’t been, definitely get the “story” on Mama Rabbits from your server and look out for the owners, they are almost always in helping serve, stopping for a chat, or sharing a quip.
